Initial consultations before retainers
At Perigee we make a habit of encouraging our clients to do an initial consultation with us to either draw up a viable immigration plan or have an analysis done of the strengths and weakness of a potential application. Once the initial consultation is concluded, a wise decision can be made about if and how to proceed with an application. Perigee has no interest in taking on files with slim or no chance of success. Such endeavours are bad for the customer’s pocketbook and bad for Perigee’s reputation.

Meet Graham Carpenter (RCIC-IRB)
Graham Carpenter is the founder of Perigee Canada Immigration Services. He is a regulated immigration consultant and a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants with the designation RCIC-IRB.
Before starting Perigee, he managed the riding office of a Member of Parliament for 12 years. During this time, he gained meaningful experience handling complex immigration files. He is currently based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
